Civil War Era Hand made unfinished full length Silk Dress and  Yellow Silk Blouse. These pieces were kept in a box in the attic until they were framed. 

Conservation framed with anti-gravity mat.   Hand sewn with silk thread to a silk mat which is then mounted to the anti mat.  Shadow box is a deep gold-leaf mahogany wood frame.

Hung on wall using security wall mounts. Glazing is conservation clear scratch resistant acrylic.  Piece is approximately 5.5 feet tall and 4.5 feet wide.
